I’m unemployed and studying to take the patent bar. I have the PLI Patent bar test prep materials, and they are kind of crap.
The video lecture dude is boring and his jokes are painful.
The accompanying notes are highly disorganized.
The major skill taught in law school is how to condense a dumptrucks of information into something marginally useful. whoever threw this schlock together missed out on that skill. I guess thats why he works at PLI and not as a patent attorney.
I went over to the Strand and Barnes and Noble to look for some better books. there was nothing. there are a few on amazon, but im reluctant to spend more money on material that has such a high potential for being worthless shite.
